We have just released Enable 2017 GA (7.0.0.70828). Users with an active maintenance (USP) can download it - see the download section for the link. Functionalities of Enable 2017: Enable 2017 includes the engine 2017061, that supports PB 9-12.6 and 2017. It is available for both Enable and Reporting Studio. UI Revision: there are split panels on source phrases and translations Synchronized navigation between Context, Source Phrases and Translations windows: while selecting one or more contexts the above windows filter results Translation Explorer: allows to test how the engine works, and why you get specific results Functionality to test the Translate: from a text, a selection of translation languages and a context Functionality to test the Untranslate: from a text, language and context Translation Memory Management: to reuse translations among projects. TM is stored in an Excel file for easy management Functionality to create and update a TM file, from a multilingual database Translate a multilingual database by a TM file Read more »

Enable 2017 Release Candidate is published! Users with an active maintenance (USP) can download it - see the download section for the link. This version is final, except for the documentation, and it’s completely supported. This version can be installed side by side with the previous versions, and requires a new activation key. The GA release will follow soon, with the updated documentation and after feedback from our user base. Read more »

The new functionalities for Enable 2017 (Enable 7.0): UI revision: make all windows resizable, implement split panels Allow the use of PowerBuilder 2017 Engine Translation Explorer functionality - to understand how the engine works and debug translations Translation Memory functionality - to reuse translations among projects Refresh Localization Assistant - to align to the current functionalities We expect to release the new version during the mid of July 2017.
